The global replace function allows you to make system-wide changes to accounts, contacts or other system functions.

1. Select Administration from the Quick Links menu.

2. Select Data Administration from the Administrator menu. The Global Replace Search screen displays.

In order to perform a Global Replace, you must first select a Replace Type (from category where the record is from) then find the record(s) which you would like to replace the data with. Use the advanced search to find the records which you wish to change. You will be able to change any single field across you entire selection of records.
