Setting up Resources:

Commence On-Demand allows you to customize the list of resources, for example, conference room, projector or white board, that can be selected during the scheduling of meetings or activities.

Use the following steps to customize available resources:

1. Select Activities from the module listing.

2. Select Resources from the module settings listing.

3. To Add a resource field, enter the resource name and select the Add Value button.

4. Select Save to save your entry or Save & Close if you have competed all entries.

5. To Edit a resource field, highlight the field from the listing by clicking on it. Enter the new value in the new value field, then select the Edit Value button. Click Save to save your changes or Save & Close if you are done editing.

6. To Remove a resource field, select the resource name from the listing and select the Remove button.

7. Select Save to save your changes or Save & Close if you have completed your entries.
