Commence On Demand allows you to define sales opportunity and quote values for Sources, Types, Stages, Terms as well as establish Sales Quotas.
To establish field value options for Sources:
1. Select Administration from the Quick Links section.
2. Select Module Settings from the Administrator section.
3. Select Sales. The Sales Module Settings screen displays.
4. Select Sources from the module settings listing.
5. Define the field values:
- To add a field value, enter the name in the New Value field and click the Add Value button.
- To edit a field value, select the field name in the listing and enter new name in the New Value field. Click the Edit Value button.
- To remove a field value, select the field name in the listing and click the Remove button.
- To change the order that the values appear in the drop down list, select the source field name and select Up or Down to move the value in the list.
6. Click Save.
7. Click Save & Close when you are done.
Repeat the process to define values for Types, Stages, Terms, and Sales Quotas.
