1. To access the Sales module click on the Sales module tab. The Sales screen displays a listing of your sales opportunities.

2. Select the respective opportunity from the list by clicking the opportunity title. The Opportunity dialog displays.

2. From the Related Info dropdown menu, select Quotes. Summarized information about the quote(s) displays.

3. To view detailed information about a quote, click the quote’s title. The Quote Detail screen displays.

  • To remove an item from a quote, place a checkmark beside the item and click the Remove Items button.
  • To add an item to a quote, click the Add Item button to view a list of products. Place a checkmark beside one or more products to be added to your quote click Select.


4. Click Save & Close.
