Editing Marketing/Scheduling


After you select who you wish to send to, and what you wish to send, you may schedule the email job to go Now or Later. Simply enter the date and time n spaces shown below.
 
You may also use your templates with email to send a single email to a per-son. In e-Mail you can select a template, hand-type the recipient’s name and send. Templates can be built in e-Mail + Templates for this purpose/ just like building main merge templates. This makes it very easy to send a generic thank you or welcome letter by merely putting in the proper persons first name. Note, using e-Mail templates when composing an individual message does not activate the mail merge commands. Use Marketing + Mail Merge for that feature.
Sales and Support have a Quotation email and Service ticket email, respec-tively which you can access as an administrator from the template building section.
