Activities/How to View Activities

When using the Activities module you may view your activities, or depending on your role, you may have access to all company activities.

1. Access the Activities module by clicking the Activities module tab. By default all of your activities will display in the Activities screen.

  • If desired, fine-tune your view of a particular activity type by clicking on the corresponding type in the Activities module Home section.
  • If you have access to view activities of all On Demand users in your organization, select All Activities.

2. Click on the title of the desired activity to view its detail. At this time you can modify any information.

3. If you have made changes to the activity information click Save and Close to save your work.

Note: You can also gain access to your activities through the Calendar module. You can choose what type of activities you wish to see by utilizing the drop-down menu below the modules bar.
