During the course of a business day, many events can be hap-pening simultaneously, whether they’ve been scheduled or not. Activities may or may not appear in your calendar. If no time is associated with an activity, it will appear on your Activity list, along with scheduled items. Items that had no time associated may be given a time at a later date and then appear in the cal-endar.

How to Add a New Activity
Add an activity from the Activities Module using the New button and completing information in the Schedule dialog.
How to Delete an Activity
One of more activities can be deleted directly from the Activity list.

When using the Activities module, you may view your activities or depending on your role, you may have access to all company activities.
How to View Activity Detail
Details of an activity can be viewed and modified by clicking on the Activities module, then the title of the activity you wish to view.
