Click on the “Compose” button to open the On-Demand “Com-pose Email” dialog. Fill in the fields representing the email ad-dress this message is to be sent to, the Subject of the message, and the actual message body. Then, click the “Send” button to send the message.

1. Click on the “Compose” button either from the Email module, or on the Email summary on the Digital Dashboard. The “Compose Email” dialog will ap-pear.

2. Place one or more recipient email addresses in the “To” field

3. If desired, place one or more recipient email ad-dresses in the “Cc” and/or “Bcc” fields.

4. Enter a subject for this email in the “Subject” field.

5. Immediately below the address and subject fields you will find a group of buttons. These buttons may be used to format your email message in the same manner as similar buttons are used in a word pro-cessing program. 6. Below the formatting buttons is a large empty field where you may enter your email message.

7. When the message is complete, click on the “Send” button to send the message to its recipient(s).
