The Sales module offers a comprehensive solution for efficiently managing and tracking each stage of the sales cycle from lead through closure. Extensive reporting and graphical analysis provide management with timely accurate sales and pipeline reporting. This enables the effective management of new leads and new opportunities.

Graphic Analysis
The opportunities screen provides a graphic analysis of pending sales opportunities based upon the Stage and Estimated Close Date you assigned to the opportunity. You may click any slice of the pie chart or any bar in the bar chart to launch the details of that item. Additional analysis is available in the Analytics module.
How to Add an Opportunity
You add an opportunity from the Sales module.
How to View Opportunities
Opportunities may be viewed by individual and by organization from the Sales module.
Update Opportunity Detail
Details about an opportunity may be viewed by clicking on the opportunity title on any screen where opportunities are listed. In-formation viewed may be edited and saved.
How to Delete an Opportunity
Place a checkmark beside one or more listed opportunities. Then click on the “Delete” button to delete them.
How to Create a Quote
Once an opportunity has been created, you may attach a quote to the opportunity by clicking on the “New Quote” button and filling in information on the “New Quote” dialog. Then add specific Quote items by clicking on the “Add Item” button and providing the related information.
How to View a Quote
Select a prospect from the Sales Opportunity List. On the pro-spect’s “Opportunity” dialog, select “Quote” from the “Select a Related View” dropdown menu. To view detail about a Quote, click on the Quote’s “Title.”
How to Modify a Quote
To modify a quote, view it in the normal manner. Any field that allows a modification can be changed and saved permanently. Items may be removed by placing a checkmark beside the item and clicking on the “Remove Items” button. Items may be added in the normal manner using the “Add Item” button.
