As an administrator, you have the ability to view or configure a number of On Demand features including server, email and license settings.
Server Settings
You can view or manage server and regional settings that are specific to your company such as timezone and working hours, date and time formats, and currency formats.
Email and Dropbox Settings
On the System Email Settings page you can name a default address from which all On Demand email communications will be sent as well as customize the default email templates.
License Settings
Your License Settings are created and managed by Commence Corporation and consist of an expiration date, current status and number of users you are licensed for. Administrators may be asked to verify this information after any changes occur, such as an increase in the number of users or renewal of the initial contract expiration date.
