When creating a Calendar entry, you need to enter a Title that briefly identifies the entry, and you may enter a note, which al-lows a more informative description.

The Calendar module provides you with the ability to schedule appointments, meetings, activities, and events. Your calendar can be viewed in daily, weekly, monthly or yearly formats. You may share calendar items with others or mark them as private so they only appear on your calendar.

How to Select a Calendar View

Calendar views may be selected in the Calendar module Home section on the left of the screen. Select a view by clicking on it.

How to Select a Date to Display

Near the top of the Calendar screen, buttons are available for quickly jumping to the Current period, or the Previous or Next period relative to the current display.

How to Schedule an Activity

Schedule an activity by clicking on the Schedule button available in any calendar view.

How to Use the Calendar Popup Feature

When you place your mouse cursor over an activity title, in any calendar view, a popup window containing the full description of the activity displays.
